At the Hugo Chavez Citgo gas stations, as of last night, here's what we pay:

87 Octane: 3.07
89 Octane: 3.17
93 Octane: 3.27

At Exxon, BP, Shell and others, the price is only two cents higher.

With such low, low prices, I was able to fill a half-empty 96 Pontiac Formula at Shell with 93 octane for 24 bucks.

Same as I was on last year, but they reversed the route this year. Great fun for participants, great publicity for the smaller tracks, and big fun for us Vagabonds. I watch the races, camp in the bed of my Ranchero, then pack up & head to the next track with the rest of the racers, and do that 5 times over the rally. Photos to follow when I return.
