Q: What would you rather have; a million dollars, or Carl's head full of nickels?

 

His belly would hold more than $million in nickles, but who wants to roll them all?

 

Nickels from that area are pre-rolled, in tortillas.

 

I imagine that would make them easier to dispense.
Just pull the finger, and out pops a roll.
