weird...the only issue (other than mental) i have is with the mark forums read button. Just sits there and grinds away then stalls...no message..nada.
You're supposed to go through each and every post, read it carefully, consider the profound utterances of each member and then move on to the next... no matter how long it takes... That'll really help you with your "mental" issues (or not)
NOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo (muffled explosion ala "Scanners")
Made some changes to Email notifications to subscribed threads and conversation emails when you receive a reply. I am going to see if this helps. Thanks for your patience.
It isn't really an issue. Just keep this site open in a tab and do other stuff while waiting for it to finish it's thing. Kind of like how if you stand around waiting for the wife to get ready to go somewhere it is frustrating, but if you go to the neighbors house and have a beer with him the time is no big deal.
Great idea! While we wait for this place to get fixed, let's all join the Pinto forum and kick some ass. We'd be like some rival gang that rolls in and bombs their clubhouse. Next up, the Chevette Club of America. Who's with me?
I may have some usable news: I'd had problems here myself, but today, I was having Wi-Fi connectivity problems, so I switched to Ethernet. Now, all sites including this one are working within a reasonable time frame. I can't say there's any common thread between this site's problems and my connectivity problem, but there's no such thing as coincidence.
At work, like I am now (early, as usual), we have a fiber optic mega-connection, supposedly the best of the best,.....AND, the site speed still suck.
Well, the site went down for maintenance, but that didn't seem to work either. Crazy. Maybe you should dump XenForo and go with what the Pinto guys are using, Simple Machines. They even have a mobile APP. And I was ridiculed for asking about one a few months back.
