Yeah Billy, I know how these injuries affect us... I`m glad I don`t have to walk over those branches and fallen trees in the hunting woods for few days... I just got into the woods for Deer, and I think the not accustomed to the overuse is what my problem is, I feel like an invalid these last couple days... This`ll give my wore out hip and busted up ankle a break from such abuse... We`re headed out shortly... I hope! Ann has jury duty in a case of theft by taking... We`re Prayingwith & for you, BillyC, Ann & Dennis AC/DC #10 RancheroUSA Roundup in the scope now
Thanks for the reminder John, I hadn`t loaded the camera Ann is home and we`re northbound & down, loaded up & Truckin` See y`all there AC/DC
It is happening. Dennis taking lots of pics. Not as many Rancheros as past years. The Florida guys made it. Todd's late model is the nicest Chero I have seen. His engineering and attention to detail in building is over the top. The bed cover he designed and built is better than any I have seen. Andy's is really nice and clean for a 50,000 mile driver
BillyC, Thank you for the kind words. Too bad we didn't have more time to speak with Dennis, Ann and yourself, since this was our first time at the festival was kinda overwhelming, especially trying to figure where to go and what to do next. We had a good time at the show, although there could have been a ton more organization/coordination/CORRECT information from the event's staff and volunteers(could have choked a few). Beautiful cars and great people were everywhere, have some pics just need to load them up. It was a long 3 days, already back home(7 hr drive-last night at 2-2:30) due to my son's schooling, work (amongst other things). The All-Ford show was awesome with really great cars, met Bill Elliott & his son Chase as well as Jeff from the TV show "Moonshiners". Not sure if I will make that long trip back to the festival again but I'm glad we went.
Here are few pics from the festival: My son Jarrett with Jeff, from the TV show "Moonshiners" Jarrett will Bill Elliott Me with my ride while visiting with festival attending GTS.org members near Dahlonega. A pic my son took early on Friday, after 7 hrs driving and 4 hrs sleep, but we made it. Still needs cleaning to remove FL/GA road grime/bugs(it's never ending).
Here's a pic of Dennis(on the Left) and Andy checking out a 596" Boss headed turbocharged '64 Falcon, beautiful car. They were either discussing if the keys were left in it and who was going to distract the owner while the other makes a get-away in it, or why the F#%$ I was taking their picture, not entirely sure . The '64 ThunderBolt behind them was awesome as well.
