Yes, Daytona speedway starting on Thursday and runs through Sunday. Lots of vendors, over 6000 cars, swap meet, etc.

Is this one of your regulars @cbolt ??
IF I can break away, I just MAY show up to drool over them cars...

What with the Mayor of Dawsonville doin` his/her best to cut out the Moonshine Fest, This Turkey Run very well could be a good venue for our Ranchero USA Roundup ;)

If you go to the Turkey Rod Run, you may not ever want to go back to The Moonshine festival(other than for the folks and moonshine of course). I can say that comparing the Moonshine Festival to the Turkey Rod Run is like comparing a Dollar General to a Super Walmart or comparing a carnival to Walt Disney World.

Yes @aquartlow I see the comparison at their Home Page, in the link I provided...
I`ll most likely attend the Moonshine as long as it`s there...
Bein` as I Ain`t been to it, ==> I`m Seriously thinking on slippin out & taking in the Turkey Run this year...

Although it`ll add another 6 hours driving time to the already 16 hours for the trip...

If you go to the Turkey Run, let me know when you are planning and I will try to be there. My work schedule will have me home on Thursday and most likely most of Friday, but I should be there all day Saturday and Sunday. Yes, this is one of my regular events and I attend every year. There is another show at the speedway in the spring and I try to make it there too.

If you go on the link to the registered cars you will see I have two registered, the 67 Chero and a 72 Monte Carlo. Last name Seyboldt. :)

A Florida Ranchero Roundup? That would be awesome!!!!!!! Let me know how to make that happen and what I can do to help

What with Rain & weather as it was, was there a good turnout @cbolt ???
I`m thinkin on attending this Turkey Run in the future...
When Hillbilly gets Anns 71 finished we`ll be able to register... It`ll be trophy worthy :D
We seen a very nice 1965 Drag-Chero along the way, near where @andrewok1 @aquartlow Heather, Ann & myself met up for lunch...
I kinda figured it might be "Turkey Runnin`"

    Florida Ranchero Roundup?
    Ann & I`ll be there!!!!

The weather was perfect on Saturday and there was a large amount of really great cars. I walked the whole car corral on Saturday and noticed most folks have Barrett Jackson fever with the prices, but I figure they really aren't trying to sell the cars too hard. Just so you know, there are no trophies in the Turkey Run. Its just a huge cruise in kinda deal with a ton of vendors, private sellers, cars for sale, and cars on display.

There is also a spring show, called the spring turkey run, coming up in March I think. I have to check the dates to see if I have to work that weekend. If im not working I am always there and we could start the Florida Roundup on either of the shows. I would be all for that!

Yes!! That`d be a GREAT venue too!!!
All it takes for a Roundup, is Show Up!
Ann & I`ve hosted 12 SouthEastern so far...
We ain`t spent much RancheroBuck$ doing it, other than travel expenses...
We`ve met several RancheroUSA members doing it...
I`d be more likely available in March than Turkey Day in November...
I`m sure we could get together,
    D

Questions; What are RancheroBuck$? Where is Charlies Fish House? I have never heard of either.

The Spring Turkey Run will be March 23-26, 2018 at the Daytona international speedway. Linky below.

Im up for a Florida Ranchero Roundup during those dates. Who else is in?
