You could go to the car museum, tell 'em that you're a representative of the NTSB, and you need to test-drive each of their cars to make sure they are compliant with New York traffic laws. Also, the museum is #9 out of 139 things to do in Buffalo! Joseph
Wish it wasn't October because there are tons of things going on in the Summer here. I will meet up with you when you are here. Got lots of time to plan. They are expanding the Pierce Arrow Museum now, might be done by October. They are doing lots of renovations around the City. Canada is where the strip joints are lol.
