I found this site while looking for kick panels with speaker cutouts. They seem to be OK .
Less expensive that Mac's or Falcon sites
Of course they only come in black but say they are paint ready.
They have a lot of early '60's to late '70's plastic panel replacement for at least Ford and GM
Also have some fan shrouds and plastic B pillar covers for the rancheros

I've used them in the past and have their products currently on my vehicle. They manufacture the products and sub out to other vendors...

That's what I have; nice fit and heavy duty construction.

BB, I saw your picture in a previous post when I asked about the speaker ready kick panels and I did not realize they were Rhino Fabricating.
If you did mention the company I apologize.
Did you install any Dynamat behind the panels and if so do you think it made a difference?

How far do the speakers extend into the cab? Can you still get to the high/low headlight switch with your left foot?

They extend about 3" to the face of the speaker. Here's a shot of the headlight switch in it's original location; I could reach it OK, but decided to move it 1-1/2" closer to the center of the car.

Cut another hole and try and use the old opening?

    Yes.
