    Nice! If you could swap to a bellhousing or scatter shield with provision for an external slave cylinder, that would be soooo much better than an internal slave, which is what this bellhousing is set up for.

    I am going to run ford factory bellhousing & clutch pedal assembly for the 72 ,
    I have a throw out bearing /clutch /flywheel, got complete SET UP - NEW
    ................................................
    back to the Body WORK

    Both are similar in the fact that both have a top cover to the gearcase, to access the innards.

    Ooh, that's no bueno. The 6-banger trans doesn't have the torque capacity, even if you only keep the Cleveland bone stock. You have to at least have a gearbox built for a 5.0L or larger engine. But, you can swap the shift tower/rail housing from that one onto the V8 gearbox, to put the shifter forward more.
