I've made a good amount of progress over the last couple weeks. Got a bunch done last night and will again tonight since the wife and child are out of town.

This is the passenger side bed corner. I first had to cut out all the rot.

Removed the brace that supports the front of the bed and spotwelds to the cab. I'm going to have to replace the bottom half of this brace.

Replaced the upright between the bed and cab. In this picture you can also see where I rebuilt the support for the bed

Replaced the panel that covers the B panel base.

Fabricated the piece to repair the corner. I should get this and one last square for the corner done tonight. Then moving on to the passenger side.

Got the passenger side done last night. Now I just move to the center section and drivers side. Need to pick up some 18 gauge sheet metal for the bed support.
