    While out pulling parts today got behind a 72 GT White w/orange stripes and followed him till he stopped. outside original. inside latter TBird light grey seats he does not like and Grant steer wheel. 351C rebuild Eldebrock manifold and carb. Qwned since 2006. His best friends dad bougt one like it new when he was kid and always wanted one...He had accident and bent panel above grille and headlights. wants to find got one so let me know if you have one for sale.

    Never heard of one with a 428CJ ever before, and theoretical there is non with it originally. But you never know.
    I think someone put it in there some time ago, and may have done an exelent job:D If it's looks like it belongs there:cool: Qcode is a CJ but not a 428;)

    The last year for the 428 CJ in a Ranchero was 1969. 72 Q code was 351 4V originally (351 CJ) You can transplant any Ford engine you want in any car basically. 428 CJ is strange because it's a very expensive hard to obtain engine. 429-460 is the obvious choice due to availability and direct bolt in with tons of torque and easy to make horsepower with plentiful parts.

    Cool deal, any luck yet? Oh yeah, I'm also looking for a wiper motor, & a washer fluid tank.
    I just put my ride back together and man is she pretty. I'll have to post some pics when I figure out how to.
