So help me out here guys......I was looking at land in the mountains (because we all knew half the east coast was to be underwater, just a matter of time) but now I'm thinking beach property. Do you think the deep freeze will hit after the oceans cover the east coast or before? I guess next we'll hear that when the mighty Mississippi freezes in the coming mini ice age, it will actually crack the earths crust and split the country in half so we need a crust tax.
Rob, what you need to do is hedge your bets. Buy beachfront, riverfront, mountaintop, equator, and polar land. That way you can't lose, no matter what those brilliant scientists say next!
