I recently put new master and booster on I think will work, but I think I would need a proportioning valve.
Yes, if you're converting, you will; it may be easier, though, to install an adjustable prop valve, if a factory valve is not available or really expensive. Wilwood makes a very nice unit.
Another thing to consider is the brake pedal to rod ratio or geometry. Disk brakes require more force, I did a 4 wheel disk conversion and highly recommend it.
