68 Ranchero windshield

Greetings from Kentucky! Proud owner of 1968 Ranchero. This truck has been in our family since day one. After sitting in a mechanics back lot for 15 years, my brother decides to send it to me. Long story short, its about to be started. keeping my fingers crossed.. in doing this refurb I am in the need of the front Glass. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated Found one at Macs for 258.00 but over 400.00 for shipping. That's out! Holler at me and any ideas Thanks Chris

 

Have you tried any local auto glass shops? I found 3 for my '65 locally.

 

Front windshield for my 67 is readily available from my local glass company,might have mine replaced over the winter

 

Check with autocityclassic.com. Their windshields are cheaper than Mac's and shipping is much more reasonable, if they have your year.

 

My local glass shop was able to find it for my 69...
