Really happy to find and join this forum. I have a rust free 1966 Ranchero in good condition. Numerous mods/changes. Once I figure out how to use the site, I'll add photos. Anybody else out there with a early 66 Ranchero?

Denis, small world. The guy I purchased mine from is from Australia, now living in North Carolina. Enjoy your cruising!

Nice, nice! A few things different to mine - door panels , ride height , brake m/cylinder , radiator , wheels .

Thanks to everyone for your comments.
Restoration was not done by me. Looks like a professional job around 15/20 years ago. I have completely rewired it (had melted wires in dash), installed new radiator, gauges, hoses, belt, radio and tach. Fixed power windows and poweer seats and have done a lot of cleaning and touch up.. It still needs a little love which I will get around to.
Down the road items, slightly lower the front end for a better stance, change out the trans to a AOD in the future, repaint (existing paint has oxidation under paint)
Denis do you have any photos of your 66?

Nice choice to go with an AOD; if you have a 2.7 to 1 or steeper rear axle ratio, you'll be golden on driveability.
