Looking at the picture I have the gas can looks half full. Maybe she is laughing and she told the guy to go back and top off the can. She might have accepted had he not been so cheap.
Don't be ridiculous. She is petite and would have trouble lugging around 36 lbs of gas. He is being a gentleman. SMH!
