I figure his gig at the IIHS could probably allow him to ship it free. I don't really want him physically close, honestly. He's clingy enough just through the intertubes.

Me? Sometimes, when I read one of your posts, it feels like you're humping my leg like a dog.

But really though, you are going to consider buying this right? Seems like a super deal, even if it isn't your favorite gen, a 460 would make you feel real good about it...

I think you've got your Virginia's messed up. It's almost a 5 hour drive from here, with 3 hours of it is on roads not made for these huge land yachts (twisting and hilly). Would you drive to Chicago for a Ranchero? If it was in Culpeper, Virginia, I'd think about it. Great deal. Hope he sells it.

That's kind of cruel of you to drop it off there, but sure I would.

Actually, @kal , what else does it need to be a daily driver besides what you mentioned? How about rust too, what shape it it in rust-wise?

*Edit, damn, that's only 8 hours from me...

Kal, what you just felt was the nibble on the hook. Let him think about it a little, then 'BAM' set that thing and reel him in.

the body, frame, chassis, bed all in A1 shape only rust spots I see is on the passenger floorboard & very easy fix. I went all over the car looking for places an that is all I found. I put a rustoleum be bed liner kit in it from walmart so the water would not go in between the gap in the front of the bed & rust it & I found no rust there. As far as I know it just needs the bench seat, carpet & some screws for the chrome trim.
