This is why they have to infect OUR children while they are in school; they don't usually have many of their own. They gotta have someone pay for their utopia as they age. It's ironic that they push for all this birth control and abortion on demand and THEN have to "import" supporters by giving amnesty and otherwise allowing the borders to be wide open while hooking them on the crack of gub'ment hand-outs.

BB: has your health care costs gone down since Obamacare became law?? Better be careful with that single payer stuff. If you're too old or retired, the government won't get any payback for their services to you and may not give it in the first place. Even Obama's minions have admitted that "death panels" are a necessity in single payer. . .

haha now you sound like our encumbant... or should I say new president elect. I actually voted to legalize marijuana it will be a new avenue for tax money down the road. However folks are getting really crazy know they now can possess one ounce and grow up to 6 plants indoors for private use. It is 100 percent illegal to smoke and drive soooo it remains to be seen on how that goes. Maybe there will be less alcohol related deaths in the state.

Possibly, but definitely more more deaths due to marijuana impairment on the road.
At least Washington state crafted a law that deals with the problem.
Why a state would craft a law making impaired driving legal is unknowable.
Here in CA we already have attorneys fighting drunk driving convictions based on equal application of the law as stoned drivers are not prosecuted.

This discussion always seams to get off the track, 4 more years of this crap, it has gotten so bad now that the chinese have stopped buying our debt, we are just monitizing it now.The chinese stopped buying our debt last year, to bad of a risk, how about that a communist country that say there people have no basic human rights says they can not trust in the one country where we think our rights come from God, how we have fallen.
Being a person of faith in God I believe we are just repping what we have sown in this country for some time now. Believing that a homosexual has the same rights as people born with different skin color, killing 1.5 million childeren a year just because they might get in the way, stealing money from people just because they make more than us, making God into our own image because we don't want to live the way He wants us to, I could go on. We are the Jews walking into the gas chambers , and we will probably have the same fate as them as a nation in the not to distant future.

a Teen was already arrested tonight because he was carrying. The officer explained to him that the law passed but the specifics have not been set and for what its worth son, "You are 18 and not even old enough to buy alcohol yet let alone possess MJ" Right now if you have a medical marijuana script you choose your license either driving or smoking you don't get both. I'm certain there will be zero tolerance laws accompanying the MJ law. With a license to possess you can carry up to two ounces. The recreational will only allow 1 ounce.

You have to be 21, so if you fail and you are under age then I assume you could be fired. Also I am sure a facility could say that if you work there you are not allowed to smoke weed. As for police they can smell weed or do a field sobriety test to determine if you are drunk or high, they are two pretty opposite inebriations.

Welcome to the world alcohol consumers have been living in for many years now.
Alcohol impairment occurs at different levels in different people, so an arbtrairay limit is set by law. Alcohol persists in ones system also, just for a shorter period of time.
If MJ is treated like alcohol, with a legal blood level set for impairment, I have no problem with making it legal.

I know of at least 15 people that smoke pot daily; all work for a living, and do pretty well financially. Why not let them buy it legally, paying tax on it? Who cares? They're going to get it anyway.
