    What if he doesn't buy a Ranchero, but wants to see Woodward anyway? Would you still not be there?

    I only said I "might" go even if he does buy another Ranchero and drives it to Detroit. Seriously, what do you think the chances are that he'll do that?

    If BB will drive his Ratchero out from California I'll be there. ;)

    ++++++++++++

    In August 2011? Sure, why not. I'll make a note on the calendar. I'll have to get one of those antique swamp-coolers for the window -- no AC in Ratchero.

    I would love to drive cross country. But That would take a lot of Ranchero Bucks. As for the Mayor of Rancheroville. The debate between Ribald1 and B.B. would be a great show.

    If I make it, and BB is there, I'll bring a cigar and a six pack, BB can bring a carafe of wine and a reefer, and we could keep you guys entertained during lunch. Just as long as you save me some ribs.

    Great! We've got the beginnings of a real national Ranchero roundup........but I'll believe it when I see it. Like I've often said, most Ranchero owners are either cheap or broke.......or both (like me). :D

    It's awful when you get drunk so early in the day. I believe you're in the wrong thread.:eek:

    Once you get east of Wyoming or Colorado (depending on what route you take) you might as well forget that swamp cooler. We have something here called humidity, so a swamp cooler will just make it hotter. ;)

    No, I think someone wasn't happy about the chit-chat on this thread, even though the topic is almost a week old, so our stuff was moved. Perhaps this post, and yours, and hawk's, will be moved also. Who's to say?

    But this would be a 'real roundup'. Not 3 guys getting together in a small town watching a car show with 25 cars in it. I'm talking an 18 mile long, 35,000 hot rod car show. HB knows what I'm talking about. All the big clubs have their annual meetings on Woodward in August. GTO's, Nova's, Fairlane's, even VW Beetles. You won't see the Olds 442 get-together in Podunk Alabama, as part of the Sweet Potato festival. No sir. They do it right, and we should too!

    Who's with me!!!!!!?????

    Yeah, but it was moved, not deleted. I won't assume that anyone complained. Sometimes Dan just moves stuff around to see if he can irritate you. I think he does it when he gets drunk early in the day but that's just a guess.;)

    Now I'm more confused. Where would he move them? Out of this thread and they'd make no sense.

    Look in the Lounge. He created a related thread there. I'm not sure but I think you'll find all the missing posts there.

    Yeah, I saw them there too. The 'why' they were moved may never be answered. Our posts - the ones moved - were in a thread about an event that happened last week. As far as I know there can't be another 5th Annual. Unless someone has invented a time machine.... I mean other than Carl.
