I finally got a chance to see th`67,I`ve been talkin about...Alls thats left is hook up with th`fella now...
Dennis, Hey, all that dust will wash right off! How's the driver's side and interior, were you able to get the vin# info?? Good find!
Where is The info located?I looked on th`door, but...It isn`t th`same as mine.... I will go back fer ya... There`s more shots at my users site... [ October 05, 2005, 08:58 PM: Message edited by: As Is '66 ]
The data plate should be on the driver's door. If it hasn't been in a bad accident (parts replaced) the vin# should appear on the driver's side inner fender well and the radiator support (top). Good Hunting! [ October 06, 2005, 07:33 AM: Message edited by: Rick H ]
Hey look for old gas pumps or signs out on that ranch and give em my email address if they have anything for sale. I'm alwasy hunting on old farms cause they dont exist out here in Cali any more. good find. Hook it up. rick
I`m an oldie collector too... I like to get things from as way back as possible, they don`t make things like they used to,much thinner and cheaper nowaday.... I removed an old mule barn fer th`materials,an 115 year old two story house, and other things Just cause they are old... I ran an advertisement statin I will haul it off no matter what, basically. This `67 needs th`pressure washin treatment to see what`is /is not there, and how much rust etc... I went to look and photo it,So I could post pics, thats all... If'n the drivers side is as straight as the passenger side looks to be, you'd better jump on this one Dennis! Nice find!
Yessir th`truck is straight. Too close quarters and light keep me from seein wheather extensive bodywork has been done or needed,My son is interested...so possumbly there will be three Rancheros here soon...No not Greedy just "in th`right place at th`right time"fer gettin them... I sure don`t want them in th`scrapyard,We gotta save them... [ October 08, 2005, 09:56 AM: Message edited by: As Is '66 ]
