'69 wiper motor testing, and hood bumper questions

Wiper motor:
1. Is there a way to test the 2-speed wiper motor?
2. If it's bad is there rebuild kit or just buy a new one, and where?

Disregard below:
Hood bumper, rear.
3. Shouldn't there be two rear hood bumpers? There was only one when I bought the Chero
4. Where can I find new ones?

Try Eklers or CJ Pony Parts. When that part is Googled, there are several choices. With Cardone shutting down, rebuilt vintage parts may be more difficult to locate.
