It's 50% off weekend! I need the nose piece and the passenger door, plus the rear bumper if it's good! Along with a bunch of other things....

My luck may have changed a bit; I sold some parts today for $50; half went in the gas tank, the rest in my wallet as my friend Steven and I may be heading to Tumwater tomorrow to check the PNP yard and I can see if I can at least snag the blower motor and prop valve from this beauty. I'll let'cha know how it goes tomorrow.

Take an 11/32 deep socket to pull the park lights - you'll come out way $$ ahead when you flip them.

If I have the lucre, I'll grab 'em, and I do have the 11/32" deep socket, it's what I used to do my turn signal lenses. But it all depends on what is still available, and how much I have. I'm going to return a part I bought for Geoff's car, which will give me a bunch of credit, and enough to get the header panel and passenger door also. Knock on wood, nobody's farking touched it yet.

Pics later tonight! We got the door, header with all the trimmings, front bumper overriders, driver's turn sig housing (the pass. one was broken), both taillight housings and a NEW 351W dizzy! We also ended up with some five-fingered discounts....

The total after the 50% holiday discount? $97.52, with $32.76 paid in cash, the rest credit from a part I returned.

I'm just glad Steven and I could be all over it like a cheap suit. The GT mirrors were already taken, the @$$hat who was there before me butchered the dash for the radio, but the column, intermittent wiper controls, driver's door with electric window and inner/outer door handles, tailgate, trim, engine, trans and rear axle, hood and fenders, and other assorted parts and glass are still available. Oh, and the rear bumper has the 'overrider' steps....

Here's the damage the previous idiot did to the dash:

The small stuff we got; the grille and headlamp surrounds were included with the header, but priced at the grille price! Such a score! And, I forgot to take a pic, but I got all three trim pieces underneath.

So this will be my Summer project, after the Exploder is fixed and back on the road.

Oh, jeez, I forgot--we also got the dash pad, it's uncracked! However, the PO had bought one of those dash covers, trimmed it to fit the metal area, and glued it down. So that'll get stripped and prepped/painted before install. I'll snap a pic in the next few days if I remember.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I couldn't get all the goodies. Anyone else here in Washington, go for it, I cannot finish the job.

Too bad that front marker/blinker lamp was broken.
