79 chero passed California smog, but now runs rough. What do California (star) smog testers test. Maybe he hooked something up wrong after vacuum testing. Now input manifold Vacuum is out of the green and into the red closer to atmosphere. And bumpy start up in the cool morning. Help needed. THX
sounds like they left a vacuum hose off - take a good, long look around, and LISTEN with it running, you should either see it, or hear the hiss from a vacuum leak.
