Are all the sport bullet mirrors the same

    Ranchero/Torino mirrors mount differently than Mustang, and they are designed for unique angles in relation to mounting and the plane of the door. Look for Torino/Ranchero mirrors, you will be happier. JMHO. YMMV.

    Didn't one of the right hand sport mirrors come with a wide angle mirror? I use a glue-on wide angle on my '75 GT but would love to have used the factory mirror.

    That was the original problem but I had my dads buddy look at it and he snapped the head of the mirror off the base that mounts to the car

    So the next question is does anyone have a right hand 72 mirror they will be willing to sell I found a couple on ebay but I'd rather put the money in a members pocket.

    What are the chances of the bases being different, but the mirror heads identical? If I was making a bunch of different cars, that's what I'd do. Money, money, money................MONEY!
