    Praying that all our friends and colleagues and there families are all safe during the devastating fires raging,watching the news is just heartbreaking seeing the losses of a whole city and burnt out vehicles on highways and loss of life associated with the wildfires,hope you and yours are safe

    Truly awful to watch, i know some people Thousand Oaks, fire got to within one block of their house.

    We are a careless idiot and a drought away from that happening where I live. Surprised it hasn't happened yet, actually.

    Brother in law in Agoura Hills, one block away also. My ranch in Simi Valley was spared, a couple of friends in Malibu lost everything.

    A buddy in Paradise lost everything, and like 6 other relatives lost everything too. They all managed to get out and are safe, but now have nothing.

    I just can't begin to imagine what it must be like for those people to lose everything like that.

    I lost a house north of Houston on lake Conroe from a lightning strike in the early 80s, not fun to start over.
