While looking for a method to support a wall mounted utility sink (just for added insurance), I found that a 5/8-11 threaded rod fits perfectly inside of common 1/2" steel electrical conduit. Hence, the attached photo of adjustable struts.
Nice work on the struts, but more impressed with having all that weight required to re-seat the sprayer/hose, better not let it go when at full draw.
Oh the danged hose drags over the drain pipe and needs the extra weight to reseat the spray head. I had no real choice in the matter since I was replacing a previous sink.
