Ok so...Cochise has no tunes at all. There are many options out there for a radio, stock/aftermarket/etc, but my question is about speakers. Does anyone know how many speakers he is supposed to have, and where are they supposed to be? I would appreciate any info. Thanks, Cin

That is a sort of nebulous question depending on if the thang had an AM only radio, or an AM/FM or and AM/FM Stereo or an AM/FM/Stereo with 8 Track Tape... that written

AM and AM/FM had ONE speaker, under the grill in the center of the dash top.

Stereo and Tape had two speakers, located in the doors.

Unless you are going full-court concourse restoration one answer is you can have as many speakers as you can find places to fit them.

And there are kits to help with that, including ones that replace the headliner!
