A rare 351CJ tumbleweed, no doubt.

Been kind of quiet since that big storm ripped thru here and tore out threads by the roots.
Don't worry, all the critters will be back once they are sure it is safe.

They have a secure bunker underground. Safe from anything short of nuclear Armageddon.

What the hell are you saying? My mirror is one of those two way jobs, and there is someone behind it watching me? Possibly you? It's a camera, isn't it? Thanks for the warning Carl. From now on, the light stays off in there.

We racers don't have a use for the rear view mirror, so I didn't think of that.

I think he's drunk, but that's just speaking from experience. Carl, you're the best.

I have analyzed the clues. Carl can see them, a mirror is involved, and intoxication has been ruled out.
They must be in his bedroom.
    Questions remain.
Did they sneak in, or have they always been there?
Are they there all the time? If so it would help explain his occasional crankiness.
Is he going to start breeding them and create a roadside ranch tourist attraction?
