Perfect day out here today, 75˚ with bluebird skies, low humidity and a light breeze- nirvana!
My buddy Denny sent me a link to some killer Harbor Freight coupons (which I posted here), and I had all my weekly chores done, so I hopped in the Ranchero and headed to HF with both windows down and the stereo blasting. Several folks in their air-conditioned SUV pods looked at me like I had two heads; could have been the Allman Brothers Live at the Fillmore turned up to 31…….:D

Original B&W photo cover? Or the remastered, extended version with the color photo cover? I love the extensions they put in, because there was just so much recorded material to go through, and even if the original vinyl disks were taken all the way out to 1/2 hour per side, there still would be plenty left behind in the studio!

Has always been in my collections, either vinyl, CD or iPod:

You need to find the extended version; you will not be disappointed.

I think it's the best live album ever made...

Between it and Peter Frampton's "Frampton Comes Alive," you have a pair of live music winners.

Not quite sure if this is a live album or not, but I bought it in 1969 based on the cover photo and have had it ever since. If you're a fan of the Hammond B5 organ, you're gonna like this one; just Lee Michaels on the B5 and "Frosty" on the drums:

Lee Michaels should've gone a lot farther. This album wasn't live, per se, but the recording was done with little real studio fluff, which is why it can sound live.
