    I hadn't seen that before. Pretty incredible ... or is that incredibly stupid? All they had to do is throw a satchel of TNT into the wheels, and it would have thrown the treads off!

    Actually, a length of rebar into one tread would've stopped it dead. Apparently, none of the cops were ex-Army....
