Supposed to have a real frame , doesnt look like uni-body
The Aussies used to make them tough as the outback farmers would break them in half. Quite a few manufacturers would take pre-production models there to test them. Lots of stories about their disbelief at what vehicles were used for.
THAT is what a unibody 'frame' is.
Sheet metal boxes that tie the suspension to the body.
My unibody 69 E200 has large sheet metal boxes that run the length of the van.
