The funny thing is I'm pretty sure I looked at this car a couple of years ago and it was $4500 (and the guy was willing to negotiate). Looks like they've done paint and interior on it, but it's still the same engine. I think he said it was a 5.0 from a Mustang. One reason I'm sure it's the same Ranchero is because the engine has an A/C compressor that goes nowhere.

That is a non-AC dash. Using the 5.0 compressor for an idler pulley. I wonder what the seats came from.

Those seats are from a late 80's Base model S10 Blazer

I'm not seeing any pics that show the engine or seats.....

Never seen FORD letters on the hood of a Ranchero either.

FORD on the hood isn't anything new... Some had them, some didn't

He’s flipping it... Look at the cars in the background.. My guess he got it 5,300 and then selling for 10,300 to make 5,000...

So he couldn't get $6K, so he asked $1oK, then lowered the price to $9.8K? Dude is a genius. He'll lower it to $5.5K and then accept the $4K it's worth.

I flipped a 71 before. Then drove over it with a Allis Chalmers dozer.

Wow you guys are brutal, I mean what's the big deal the car looks solid and it's not like he's asking 15K.
He probably bought it and came to the realization that he's more of a Chevy guy.;)
I do like those 55/56 Chevy trucks... but I'm bias.
