Pull up the C/L page, left-click the URL so it blue highlights the URL, then right-click and from the menu, select and left-click "copy." Then, when posting, put the cursor where you want it, right-click and from that menu, select and left-click "paste." Voila! You just cut-and-pasted a URL!
