Loaded the Pud this morning, still hovering at $1.95 for no good reason. $17 to fill it from the E, so it's all good.

On saturday I filled the chero, and it cost me a whole $36 for 13 gallons of 93 octane. Life is good. I am also at the end of this week buying my friend's 95 nissan pathfinder xe for the winter. I will start a thread about it with some pictures of it at the end of the week. Dave
Gas Price in Germany Hello Ranchero Friends The Price for a Gallon in Germany is !!!!!! 6$ notice that is very ceep after 3 Monts Greetings Horst
We took a little birdwatching trip yesterday -- saw 87 octane for $2.179 at several places along I-5 north of here; less than half what it cost a few months back. I hear Exxon and Standard are doing pretty well even at the reduced prices.
See any birds? +++++++++++ Oh yeah, lots. Sandhill cranes were the primary attraction yesterday. There are many swampy fields along the I-5 corridor near Stockton-Sacramento, a piece of the Pacific Flyway. This area is a major route for migrating birds. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/chrongreen/detail?&entry_id=30327
I hope they continue to do well when the new gas tax kicks in next year. Oh wait, they will do well because we'll be paying it!
in Norway "bird watching" isn't about birds at all, he he, and they dont fly away, well most of the time anyway, i have a little nest that I have them at. The gas is about 6$ a gallon here, as in Germany but still about 4$ down from 3 mnds ago so its ok.
Filled the LT1 today at 2.18 for 93 octane. Lowest price I've paid in four or so years. Funny thing though. Now as the prices are tumbling, I find myself refusing to pay some prices like it was back to 4 bucks. Just the other day I saw a station with 87 for 2.10 and another station nearby with it at 2.15. After paying over four bucks for so long, am I sick for refusing to pay .5 extra?
Fueled a couple of times today - Road trip up to the weapons lab (~300 Miles round trip) - This AM in town in neighborhood away from interstate - $1.89/gal cheap stuff... This PM out in the country on US 17 - $1.86/gal cheap stuff (didn't need the fuel to get home, just wanted to rest and decided to get fuel while stretching a bit).
