    But to my surprise I bought @ $1.87 Jan 1, 2019 wilst out for my annual New Years Day Ride...

    If we did they didn't mention it. bastards ! Whether or not they hiked the tax. They are even allowing tax on non-permeable (paved or structure footprint) area of your property. A "rain tax".
