Those things are so much cooler than the 'today' Chargers, which are really just average everyday cars unless you get the loaded up one. Big land barges are OK with me, which is why I like the cheros, and town cars, and old t-birds, etc. I never really cared for 68-72 Chevelles, but I sure do love the Cutlasses of that generation, especially the 68. Now, you take a 68 442 and put the General Lee scheme on it, and you have a party!
i think the old chargers look great.....not so much like you would want to drive a slalom course with one...but sitting still...they are big and sexy...well like me of course!
Any car you that can put a king size mattress on the hood and still have room for the nightstands is OK in my book.
Pass. I like the old ones better, easy. Those are sharp but they're sharp for new cars, not for old iron.
The headlights make the car dude, it's awesome. Best looking car ever made. I will have one soon too. well, a stock Cutlass S, not anything collectible like that Hurst.
You know what else looks like a$$? I'll give you a hint, it’s my a$$. Even though it's a little over the top, I always liked the 69 Hurst too.
The 69 is nice too, but the headlights are together, the tails are vertical, and the key is in the column. I like the 68. You know what really burns my a$$? A flame about 4' high.
There is something cool and nostalgic about the ignition on the dash, not in the column. Many new cars are going that route, and I applaud them. Speaking of electric cars, I drove a Leaf today and a Volt last week. Who else you know that have driven both,.or either? You know what brightens my day? A 150 bulb (not a CFL mercury laden one though).
