I put a request on here looking for a 1957 cargo hold down.
” Jsuther” a ranchero member responded and asked if I still needed the part.
I said yes, and he replied to contact Jeff Nowak as he might have the part.
Jeffnowak2@outlook.com said he had one and it was $100
I paid him and now he wants another $100.
Write it off to my stupidity, I knew better.
He got me for 100……It wont be two!!
Jsuther and Jeff Nowak………proceed with caution…SCAMMERS!!

    Sucks that you got scammed.
Are you trying to match others in your Ranchero? It looks like something a fab shop could duplicate pretty easily.

If they worked at a job as hard as they work to scam people they'd probably be rich.
And I agree with Beerbelly, your holddowns don't quite look like a factory part from1957, someone should be able to copy it.

I might have to go that route. The top of the wheel wells are drilled, so it’s plug or fill. I assumed this was an easy part as a lot of builders weld the holes and dont use the tie downs. Thank you for your input. Fish out.

If the wheel wells are drilled in the bed and not the rail, it is not factory.
