You know what? I'd go fishing with him, no question. I'm sure he's a good guy.

I would too. Maybe some river fishing here, or meet in the Ozarks. There's no ocean or great lake around me. Probably better to meet in MI or VA, don't you think?

We should charter a boat and go salmon fishing on Lake Michigan, all three of us. You ever fish for the channel cats on the Mississippi?

Oh yeah. man. We use spark plugs for weights and pole 10' long. The current's strong and the fish are as big as you sometimes. Now I really want to go fishing. Snagging spoonbills in the Lake is a hoot, too. (You have to snag them since they don't bite, you know...)

No, that's not how you fish. I guess you've never been fishing before. You stay in the boat or on the shore and cast a line out to the water. You don't dive in and try to grab them.

Sure, but that would leave you with CJ, the Captain of the boat and a bunch of beer. Oh, and a murder rap too.

Sean's right though. If we're tossed over while alive, we'll freeze in the cold lakewater eventually. And if we're chum, you have to cut the animal up to leave a blood and entrail trail, so either way that's murder. And illegal.

not if you 2 "fall" overboard and are "accidentally" ran over and chopped up by the props on the boat.

Can we get back on topic please - Ice Fishing and '72 bashing. Since this is in the pics thread more pics and less talk. If you want to start a poll about who would or would not like to see some folks used as chum do so in whacky world.

What up with the fishing cracks guys ? CJ's got excelent fishing in Elephant Butte Reservoir on the Rio Grande, got the Pecos river, and a bunch of smaller streams and impoundments that produce serious fighting fish. Ya'll really don't think all he does is work and bang around on old Fords, do ya ? That ol' 58 still does pretty launches, don't it CJ ?
