Received the column shift linkage, and its missing the bushing on the tranny side. Which wouldn't be a bad thing, except NPD no longer carries the 7/16. They carry the 5/16... damn it! Anyone know a source?

The shop that rebuilt the Carb for me, seems to think he can make a bushing for me out of a nylon block.

similar! Those are to small. Inner diameter is 7/16. NPD had the 7/16 on their list, but out of stock... when I called to check availability, I was told that they were discontinued. They still carry the 5/16 and others.

Any way you could drill out the center to fit if the OD works?

Some people use a rubber grommet set between 2 washers.
Likely doesn't last as long as the correct replacement, but better than nothing while you locate the right part.
