Hi all, just checking in to see whats new in the Ranchero world from dull, grey, miserable depressing, credit crunched, high unemployment, over run with illegal and legal immigrants UK (I hate this spineless government).................... oh how I miss my Ranchero............ boo hooo. Hope all my good friends, Sean, FF, Ron (blue ovals), 5.0, as is and of course the lovely Sarah are all doing ok, (don't be offended if you're not on that roll call)........... Will be driving one of your fair lands best Fords again in the spring, (Rons Mustang) when it lands in Southampton beginning of May, so will get my V8 fix again. Take care everyone. Tony.
Welcome back and please check in more often! We need some intelligent input to offset the near continuous blathering of the dominant posters hereabouts.
errrrrrmmmmmmmm, not sure if I can help out with the intelligent part............... but will try......
Tony!!! THE man has returned. You're a Brit like no other, glad to hear from you. Yeah, about what Dan said, he does tend to dominate the site. You can help quiet him down some.
Hi, Tony! It's good to hear from you. From your description, I thought at first that you were visiting in the US. I'm glad to hear that Blue's Mustang is going to a good home.
Wait a minute, wait a minute! Wasn't Blue just talkin' about driving that Mustang around Tahoe in the snow???
do I detect a "power struggle" going on here, a "top dog" contest ? "alpha male pack leader" fight ? If so, this humble Brit will sit back and watch the fun........................ the brits always were a peace loving people.... ahem, tongue firmly in cheek
the stang is on the back of a truck as we type, heading to the coast for shipping on a RORO ship to this green and not so pleasant land
I'm sure he was just checking to be sure that everything was in good condition before he sends it to it's new home.
I was just stirring up a batch of misinformation, looking for a nibble on the line. No power struggle hereabouts - Carl can ban the miscreants now so they know they have to be careful when talking about him.
aha................ in this cultured country, we would call eating quickly and furiously..... "scoffing" or "troughing" I love the way the english language changes over your side of the atlantic...... Toodle pip !
To gleefully participate in gluttony. To vigorously stuff one's face with food ignoring all semblance of ordinary politeness or decorum. Also used to attract unlicensed, uninsured, illegal alien operators of motor vehicles as they can not resist running into a burrito scarfing glutton. See the "Well "They" did it again thread... http://www.ranchero.us/forums/showthread.php?t=20151 And ignore John... his definition probably involved his one topic state of mind...
