If there is no WiFi adapter available, maybe you could use a WiFi extender that has an ethernet port on it?
Just make sure that if you don't actually need an extender in that area for coverage, set the transmit power to the lowest setting, and use a different SSID than your regular one. Overlap would potentially cause issues with your other clients. Lowering the transmit power would not weaken the connection between the router and the extender, it will just lessen crosstalk on the current network.
All Greek to me, would an extender work from my house to my home shop 150' away so I could get WiFi in the shop. ?
I think you could if you used one of those focusing antennas....they focus the signal off the antenna, concentrating the beam and giving quite a bit more range. You can find templates online that use card stock and aluminum foil.
