I decided to go ahead with LED replacements all around. I have bumped into the issue of no turn signals when I replaced the rear turn signal lights. The fronts flashed just fine with the new LED's in front and bulbs in the back. I didn't think on my 79 chero I would need to get resistors. Am I wrong? I thought those were just for cars with a brain? Their support said to use these resistors https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...urn-signal-hyper-flash-warning-fix/190/12658/ Thanks all.
I believe you need one of these, or two if you have hazard flashers also: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/prf-80230
Thanks much boss. I will definitely get those. What year is your Chero? Looks the same color as mine (but in my better shape)
If I wasn't working on the one my grandfather passed down to me I would likely be interested! Best of luck selling it bud!
Those flashers worked great! I had to use a polarity reverser for turn signals, but otherwise everything is good now! Thanks all!
