Welcome to the shop of Emily and Aaron Reeves, a married couple who works on garage projects together while learning and laughing along the way - MotorTrend TV

If you also need a laugh, I recommend watching this show. I yelled, "What the f%$& are you doing?!!" no less than 10 times watching them try to take a Ford 9" rear end apart. They broke both drums hammering them off (and then looked at one and said it was in great shape), also bending the backing plate. They tried using a vice grip slide hammer to pull out the axle. Etc. Etc. I give them credit for not watching a YouTube How-to video before attempting this. I hope they didn't. She is pretty easy on the eyes, though. So there's that.

How whipped is he to let her 'help'. Lots of man points were shed from his card when he let that go to camera.

I'd let her 'help' me, if she wants. At least she would 'learn' something.

At least you'll get some 'benefits' from the 'teaching' that may be'useful' in other 'applications'.

I love it when my wife helps, make's me feel so inferior it's like she puts on a futuristic helmet and scans everything, takes all the fun out of it, bean counters gotta love em, then I remind her of step # 3
and I continue on with step # 12.… known her for 50 yrs, smartest Lady I have ever had the privilege to be humbled by.

My wife had to stop me from throwing something at the TV, watching those two demolish a pumpkin!
I'm fresh from doing the 8" on my Chero, same process if done right.
Lots of critical clearance steps overlooked! Anyone think the ring gear pattern looked "just right???"
    Ditto on trashing two drums.
Put the tools down! Get a room!
