Macon Ga Cherry Blossom Ford Show

    thought I'd mention this.. I've been helping with this car show for the past 8 or 9 years now...i lose count :eek:

    March 24th 11th annual Mustang and Ford Cherry Blossom Festival show..we usually get about 100 to 130 cars for this.. goodie bags...lots of doorprizes and a hamburger/hotdog meal.. if anyone is interested i can email the flyer to ya.. usually has a fair with rides on the same field.. etc..

    its a lot of fun although the actual Cherry Blossoms rarely cooperate in a timely fashion....the weather is usually good.. and there is lots of stuff to do ... we give out like 50 plus awards...dash plaques.. ... it would be awesome to have a few Rancheros ...mine is the only one thats ever been in.. :D

    Sent you an email with my address. Please send me some information on the show. Don't know that my 1969 will be ready by then but may drive down to Macon anyway from up here at Lake Lanier.

    You guys are trying your best to end my marriage ain't ya! Lets see....Cherry Blossom Show, Carlisle, Southeast Roundup....anything else. :D

    What about tryin' to do the roundup the same time as the blossom show in '08? Or you think that might be to early. Just a thought.

    Naah,rwitt,we are just "havin Fun" and makin life easy to get to at least one Ranchero gathering per year...plans fer th third southeastern will be discussed at th 2nd roundup...
    We will be having our 2008 roundup along with th Washington group? soas to have Rancheros on th roads ALL over th USA that weekend...
    Maybe others will have theirs at that time also,like last year...we had three gatherings goin on at once...
    It would be super if`n we could ALL get together on one weekend...where~ever we are located...
    hostin a roundup is easy...Just do it!!!

    Thinking about draging the old Galaxie out and driving it down there. Maybe even wash it for a change.

    The Ranchero won't be there. Got the old engine out to put the new one in. Found rust in the front crossmember. Hope to get it finished tomorrow. Prolly do a complete resto on it while I'm at it.

    Yeah: It started out to be a trash hauler>> :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    just got the wifes cobra back on line.. needed a battery so i cleaned up the area and put out the dough for a Motorcraft ..

    Geared up and ready to get with some of th folks from RancheroUSA,saturday...
    I know of four gonna be at this one...
    Thinkin bout talkin th Mustang club into cruising down in October fer th Ranchero roundup too...err at least see if`n they is interested in it...
