I loved it more way back when. But it's still good for the occasional chuckle.

Trivia question: Name the only EC Comics artist to be actually sanctioned by the Comics Code Authority, and why he was sanctioned.

Vegetation is the natural surrounding for a fruit.

I haven't read it since I was a kid. Loved the Spy's. I did see this cover which is funny because that's probably what Drumpf looked like as a kid.

I recall a GW Bush one, and there had to be a few Clinton's out there. And GH Bush was good material too. They've been around since the 50's, so, most of them since?

Richard Nixon actually contributed an article based on his speeches. He may have been as crooked as a river, but he certainly had a wry sense of humor.

My 4H was set to expire, and I didn't have rich parents that could buy my way out by sending me to college, so he will always get a bit of leeway from me for saving me from a trip to the jungle.

I remember that, too! And, 'The Duke:' "The sky is blue, the grass is green, get off your butt and join the Marines."

So the answer to the trivia question is:

Angelo Torres, for a story on cloning, "An Eye For An Eye." Because of that, the CCA refused to approve any more stories submitted by EC, so Torres went over to MAD, as it was a magazine, not a comic book.
