Babe'll show, but she certainly won't shine...except perhaps the tailgate. About the best patch of paint she has.

Plenty of opportunity for that as well! 4 days of activities, and lots and lots of cars!

If you mean "We'll," that's fine, but if you mean "Well," I gotta tell you, I don't have the banner. Besides, Brittany should wear it, she's the Queen of the Hop.

If you go to the banner thread, you will find who has the banner, he will send it to you.
Won't get there by this weekend though.

Here's a classic I filmed back in 2010 at my pal Boomer's car show. It's doesn't come out very well in the clip, but you could hear his spindle snap when he curbed it. At some point the survival instinct would have you remove your foot from the gas pedal, I would think.

    OUCH and OUCH!!!

lack of understanding the capabilities of the car, and the limitations of the driver... the proverbial...we have a disconnect between the seat and the controls...

To Virginia via Ritzville, Washington. Three Forks, Montana. Rapid City, S. Dakota. Des Moines, IA. Greenfield, IN. Someplace in West Virginia, then Colonial Heights, VA. Where we will be present for our Grand Daughters Graduation from High School. The returning via Kentucky - yea will visit the Jim Beam place -- for some cavern adventures, the Corvette Museum, then to Arkansas for a little diamond digging. Then we will meander our way home. Probably stopping in Pueblo, CO.

So you're hitting the I-90 corridor out, then a slow trip back. Very cool.

WE ARE HOME!!! Got back on Sunday!

Left June 1st, went through Washington, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and back to Oregon today.

The lowest priced diesel was in Virginia... $2.65, the highest priced diesel (I should have gone somewhere else) $3.79 at the Casino Chevron in Elko Nevada. I congratulated the teller for having the highest priced diesel in the Country! Besides maybe California.

We saw the Lewis and Clark Caverns, and the Prison museum in Deer Lodge (included a really cool car collection) in Montana, the night lighting ceremony at Mount Rushmore. Toured what was at one time, an actual Coal Mine in West Virginia. We toured the Jim Beam Bottling facility in Kentucky, went to the Corvette Museum, and Lost River Caverns in Bowling Green, and dug for Diamonds in Arkansas. We had great pizza and nitrogen Ice cream in Colorado. We looked for and visited rock shops all the way across and back. Finishing off those visits with a high school buddy and his wife's Grand Opening of their Store - Treasures N Creations in Salt Lake City. Had planned on visiting people along the way... but unfortunately we were not able to stop or take the needed route to get there... particularly on the way back! Sorry Guys! And the reason for the whole trip... to see my Granddaughter graduate High School. They grow up so fast.

According to the trucks navigation systems... 170 Hours and 23 minutes of driving time. 746.3 Gallons of Diesel used. 7821.3 miles driven, and averaged 10.5 MPG pulling my 25ft Arctic Fox!
