Hi guys, I recently picked a 1970 Ranchero 500 and so far I'm loving it! Here in Hawai'i you see a lot of El Caminos, but not so many Fords, so needless to say, I get a lot of "Nice El Camino!"s! My car came from Ford in Grabber Green, with factory A/C, automatic and the 351C.
    I've owned a few old Fords in the past, including a '57 Fairlane, a '59 F100 and a '53 Crestline (woody) wagon.
So far, I've rebuilt the carb, replaced the window felts, replaced the starter with a hi-torque one, and installed lowering springs in the front. Also trying to get the A/C going. I think I'm going to need help with that! And I ordered some hide away headlights from Larry! Can't wait for those to arrive. Anyways, see you guys around! Byron

Oh, Hell, I love that color, along with the striping. Please tell me it's spent all it's days in a climate-controlled garage when not getting driven?
