I am, my friends I'm living with are helping me with that. My cousin was on blood thinner, as I am, and one hard heat knock was all it took. I'm sure he was on one of the newer ones, as I'm on Xarelto. I say this because Coumadin (Warfarin Sodium) has an antidote--vitamin K. It's why you can't eat leafy green veggies while on Coumadin, the vitamin K in the greens would neutralize it. But Xarelto, Eliquis and the third one, I can't remember the name, has no antidote, and there have been cases of uncheckable bleeding from internal injuries in people on any of those drugs. I've always known to be as careful as I could be; I'd fallen in my bathtub twice, and the first time, I had sustained bad bruising in my right leg and buttocks. Fortunately, no problem with those injuries.
