Hello everyone. New to the boards here. Recently bought a 1978 Ranchero 500 with a 302 and I'm in love. My plans are to semi restore it overtime, new interior, paint, etc. First thing is making it road ready. I'm going to make it my every day driver and drive the heck out of it. I'll post pictures soon. Glad to be here!

The long and short of it is that you are on the best Ranchero site by far on the interweb... A sence of humor goes a long way. Ask away somewhere in the banter you will get the right answer to these dinosaur bastard child's that we all seem to be so fond about. Skip.

I still cringe when I see the LTD 'Chero's. Ugh. Other that that, nice car.

It's seen better days. Needs new upholstery and headliner. Their day will come.

    Welcome Dan,
I'm another NC Ranchero guy doing the same with my 57 Ranchero. This forum is full of knowledgable Ranchero guys and a bunch of want to be comedians. Weed thru the poor attempts at humor and you'll gain some good information.
