    Overall great condition for a 57 year old vehicle. I have a soft spot for ‘68 Rancheros. My second vehicle at age 16 ( you could get your drivers license at 14 in Idaho in the 70’s) was a bronze ‘68 with 302. I broadsided a car that pulled in front of me and the body shop replaced the hood with one from a salvage yard that had the factory scoop like the one in this ad. I converted it to propane which I could buy at employee price for $.12 a gallon (!). I sold it after a few short years to buy a 1974 Dodge boogie van (there are stories I could tell about THAT vehicle, but another time). The Ranchero met its fateful end when the new owner crossed paths with a cow in the road. It was Idaho after all…
