    Hi

I found a 65 ranchero I would like to buy. Problem is the info plate shows it being a 62A which is a 2 door sedan, however the VIN appears to be a Ranchero 289

Should I be worried about the info plate data?

    Thanks

What BeerBelly said. A lot of times, it's easier to swap in a new door than repair a dent. If the VIN checks out, I wouldn't be too worried.

    Decoder is for FALCON only.
    Not Ranchero.
    Where are Ranchero code, please?
Can find decoder, but not data to match.

Lannie, a 1965 Ranchero is a Falcon. Coupe, sedan, wagon and Ranchero are all Falcons from 1960 to 1965.
